Cashless mobile vending machine with a large, clear display designed for rail vehicles. Its unique feature is the space for placing the defibrillator behind the lockable door.
- The door can be unlocked in two ways. By a command sent by the driver from the central unit or by turning a lever on the door fitted with a seal. The space can be used to accommodate additional equipment that should not be freely accessible. For example, first aid kits, protective equipment, tools, ...
- The machine allows payment by contact and contactless bank card. For higher amounts, a virtual PIN Pad is available for payment. The contactless reader also offers so-called tokenization, which means that a bank card can be used as a time coupon or pay as you go payment, where the system itself retroactively selects the optimal fare based on the route traveled.
- The machine also offers 2D code reading from paper documents and mobile device displays.
- Passengers control the machine using a robust multi-touch panel, with anti-glare surface and high vandal resistance. The intensity of the display's backlight is automatically adjusted according to the current lighting conditions in the vehicle.
- The machine is equipped with two printers and two paper rolls. In the event of running out of paper on the first one, the machine will start using the other one.
- After the ticket has been printed, the dispensing tray area lights up.
- The vending machine communicates with the central unit via an Ethernet connection and uses the built-in GSM modem for online transactions. This opens up new possibilities for the use of other online applications.
- Built-in batteries allow the vending machine to operate even in the event of a power failure.
